How do I take care of my jewelry?


Our handmade, beaded jewelry designs are made from a multitude of materials including glass, pearl, crystal, gemstone (and that's just to name a few)! We recommend that you take several precautions to ensure that you are able to enjoy our beautiful designs for years to come: Our jewelry is well designed to withstand natural movement throughout the day, but the materials we use are also delicate! Don't wear your jewelry while playing sports, submerged in water, or sleeping! Please remove your jewelry before applying perfumes and cosmetics. Because we use gemstones so often in our designs, we recommend using a soft cloth after wearing, and store your jewelry properly. You may be in a situation where you have no other choice but to clean your jewelry with more than a soft cloth, with these situations we recommend using a soft cloth that is slightly damp to wipe down and clean your jewelry. We do realize, for infection prevention, you will want to sterilize your findings (earring hooks) before you wear them. To do this we recommend using a cottonball with rubbing alcohol or a light jewelry cleaner, to wipe the findings.




What is your return policy?


We are thrilled to have you as a customer and want you to have a dazzling shopping experience with us! We do accept returns, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of receipt. Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. This includes sending back the packaging of the gift boxes. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns without all items in original packaging. As we are a small business just starting up and have yet to establish a rapport with a shipping company for cheaper prices, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning your item. Returns are only valid for non-customized jewelry designs and full priced items. If any order items are damaged during transit contact us immediately for assistance within 14 days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving or alterations of any kind. There is no warranty on color (as far as fading), color variances, or stones variances.




Do you offer repairs or replacements?


Yes, we offer free repairs of all designs within 3 months of purchase, 6 months for custom orders. To submit a request for a repair go to our contact page and send us an email, be sure to include: your name, your contact information, your order confirmation number and date of purchase, the name of the item for repair, and a brief description of the problem. Upon receiving your information and verifying your repair we will contact you with more information on completing your repair request. We also offer repairs for orders 3 months after purchase date for an additional cost depending on the situation, submit a repair request including the information mentioned above and we will work with you to find a reasonable price to repair your jewelry.




Where can I shop for your jewelry in person?


Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are not selling in any physical locations. All orders are processed online for the time being, though we have plans to venture out to farmer's markets and local stores in the future. How can I request a custom order?


We do offer custom orders! You can schedule a consultation by filling out a custom jewelry form, in our shop to build a completely custom piece. Or you can fill out our custom order form to customize an established piece of jewelry from our website. You should do this if you have a sensitivity to lower grade metals, need a piece shorter, or a piece longer. Click here to fill out the custom jewelry form!




Can I upgrade the materials of a jewelry piece?


Yes! Please fill out the custom jewelry form and request which pieces (hooks, clasps, chains, etc.) you would like to be upgraded. The form will also ask which established jewelry piece or set, you would like to upgrade. Please note that upgrades in materials will be an added cost. After submitting the custom jewelry form we will send you an email back asking any follow up questions. Once you reply you will be sent an invoice to the email you submit in the form. After you pay the invoice, we will fullfil your order and ship it out to the address you suplied on the custom jewelry form.

SHIPPING POLICY

*As our business just launched, please allow 7-14 business days after payment has been received and authorized for jewelry order to be fulfilled. Then allow another 3-7 days for shipping. Orders over $45 come with free shipping.*

Standard orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days after payment method has been verified and authorized, once the order is processed you can expect to receive your item within 3-7 days, orders over $45 come with free shipping.

Custom orders will be shipped 7-10 business days after consultation and authorization of payment, order should be delivered 3-7 days after being shipped.

PAYMENT METHOD

 

Using Wix Payments, we are able to accept all major credit card carriers. We also accept Paypal payments.
